Dataforth probably has the strain gage signal conditioner you need! We have full, half and quarter bridge signal conditioners. Analog voltage or current output as well as RS-232 or RS-485 output conditioners. Our modules feature our proprietary Isochopper amplifier technology for enhanced accuracy. Packaged in DIN mount enclosures or in small, modular panel-mount enclosures, we can match the best solution to your application. Besides our outstanding +/-0.03% accuracy specs, Dataforth's excitation supplies are built-in and are fully protected from external high voltages (both continuous and transient) and isolated, allowing the amplifiers to operate over the full range of the excitation voltage! We might be the only manufacture to design both into the excitation circuit, and the unique amplifier design provides exceptional sensitivity for processing low-level signals.
Besides our outstanding +/-0.03% accuracy specs, Dataforth's excitation supplies are built-in and are fully protected from external high voltages (both continuous and transient) and isolated! We might be the only manufacture to design both into the excitation circuit. Although excitation circuits are designed to provide small amounts of very stable voltage and current to your strain gage, only Dataforth's excitation circuits are isolated to 1500Vrms and protected against accidental continuous overloads up to 240Vrms. Our excitation circuits can also withstand severe transient surges as defined under ANSI/IEEE C37.90.1 - 1989 (http://dataforth.com/catalog/pdf/an506.pdf).
