Dataforth reserves the right to require proof of your identity before providing any requested information. Dataforth allows you to challenge the data that we hold about you and, where appropriate, you may have the data erased from Dataforth's website.

We restrict access to personal information to Dataforth employees, contractors, and agents who need that information in order to process it. Anyone with this access is subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet these obligations.

If Dataforth is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, we’ll continue to ensure the confidentiality of your personal information and give affected users notice before personal information is transferred or becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Privacy Compliance

We review our information collection, storage, and processing practices, including physical security measures, to prevent unauthorized access to our systems. If a harmful data breach should occur, Dataforth will notify you without delay of the breach.

Our privacy policy is in compliance with the Principles for Providing and Using Personal Information ("Privacy Principles"), published by the Information Infrastructure Task Force on June 6, 1995 and followed by the United States Department of Commerce.
