10D Series

The 10D analog sensor-to-digital modules are designed to interface with a wide range of sensors and equipment used in industrial, embedded, test, measurement, and many other applications.

Each input module provides a single channel of analog input that is filtered, isolated, amplified, and converted into 24-bit digital data for precise current measurement. Digital output pins, paired with configurable alarms, provide essential monitoring and warning functions to ensure optimum process flow and fail-safe operation. Hardware low-pass filtering provides rejection of 50 and 60Hz power line frequencies. Input-to-SPI isolation is rated at a robust 1500Vrms, and the module’s input stage includes a protective circuit against accidental power-line voltage connections up to 240Vrms. This advanced protection, combined with proven analog filtering, safeguards measurement and control equipment from noise, transient power surges, ground loops, and other industrial hazards.

Each output module provides a single, isolated voltage or current output channel designed for industrial process control applications. The module’s high-level isolation ensures exceptional durability and flexibility, making it ideal for demanding environments. Default output configuration supports essential fail-safe functionality, providing enhanced reliability in critical systems. Each module provides a 14-bit controlled analog voltage or current output with hardware low-pass filtering to reject 50 and 60Hz power line frequencies. Output-to-SPI isolation is rated at a robust 1500Vrms and the module’s output stage includes a protective circuit that guards against accidental voltage connections up to 40Vrms. This advanced protection, combined with proven analog filtering, safeguards control equipment from noise, transient power surges, ground loops, and other industrial hazards.

The 10D modules are housed in a horizontal / flat package and is fully specified over  the –40°C to +85°C temperature range.
